Great delivery service but unhappy with item sizes

Delivered in well under 48hours! Well wrapped and protected from damage! Your service was excellent, sadly the same could NOT be said for 3 of the 4 items I had ordered!

NONE of my complaint is down to your company! I have been collecting the Christmas ornaments for decades and am just VERY disappointed with the reality of Swarovski DECREASING the size of items whilst simultaneously INCREASING the price disproportionately (even allowing for inflation!) When they put XS in the name of things they REALLY mean it! I will HAVE to buy far fewer items! SADLY.......
