Easy and professional to deal with.
Easy and professional to deal with. Only criticism is that as a landlord I would prefer they tried to upsell the value of my property to the renter rather than ask me to negotiate downwards.

Sam who I spoke was brilliant, he said he would ring me back in 5 minutes and he did. I had my shower and toilet handle all done by 2.
