We put everything we make to the test and utilise our team of athletes to make sure it can withstand professional use.
We are very sorry to hear that the items were not suitable and a return was required. At present we do not offer a free of charge returns orders for sending orders back to our warehouse. I have passed your comments regarding a free returns method onto the relevant team and this feedback will be taken on board when making changes to the returns procedure for the future.
