I've had a look at your order and can see that you were sent a device with a MDM lock on in error. Once we were made aware of this, we immediately apologised and requested our supplier unlocks the device. We provided you with a 24-48 hour timescale for this to be completed. Once the supplier was unable to meet this timescale we provided you with a returns label and provided you with a replacement device to resolve the issue.
