Sorry to hear your item was out of stock. Unfortunately, though rarely, this does sometimes happen. As our system works on a 'live' basis, more than one customer can be placing an order for the last available item at the same time. Both orders would be accepted, however there'll only be one left in the warehouse to be picked and packed. We completely appreciate the frustration this can cause, and where possible will offer alternatives or a chance to amend the order. If you require any further information on our out of stock procedure please feel free to contact us.
