Width measurements were incorrect

I ordered two nets with a width of x3 but received a width of x2.5. Needless to say I was charged for the larger size which I did not receive. I feel delivery is very expensive compared to how cheap...

Hello I'm sorry you feel that we undercut you. I can only assume that the person cutting it has read the information wrong. When we print out the order it gives us the overall size needed. In this instance 180 cm. If your nets do not measure 180 cm then we will of course replace them free of charge. Regarding delivery. We do not make a profit from this and charge roughly what we pay. We send everything via a carrier and they charge a flat rate regardless of size and cost of the parcel.
