Very slow to serve customers, not that knowledgeable about said item, didn’t deliver when they were supposed to even tho I paid extra

The service I received from the delivery guys was good, but after speaking with customer service, it was not a pleasant experience.

The customer service were very helpful and changed the microwave for a different one with no quibble

The people who delivered were courteous and conscientious of the washing machine they were delivering as well as my home. They clearly made an effort not to scratch anything and they were friendly....

First class good communication , delivery staff very helpful .
