I am very sorry you did not receive an answer to your query. Our records indicate we have not received your earlier email which is very unusual if you have used the contact us page on our website. We are pleased to be able to respond to the majority of emails sent to us within 24 hours but in practice it is usually much earlier. I am delighted to inform you that all items from your order have shipped including the back-ordered shirt and I have sent you an email confirmation of these details.
