Well this is very disappointing and I do apologise that the tie was not to your taste. It is 100% silk so it will be lighter than others, but this would certainly not indicate a lesser quality item. Please do return it for a refund or perhaps contact us for a replacement order as our 7 Fold ties will be considerably heavier.

Staff is always incredibly helpful and, when there is a mistake (regardless of whether it is mine our theirs) every effort is always made to make me feel a valued customer. I do apologise if the cuff type information was missed on our website, they are single button cuffs. Also, it’s a shame you didn’t like the fabric of the shirt and we really would value some further feedback on why this is the case. Please be assured that the shirt can still be returned for a full refund or to be exchanged for something more to your liking.
