We have raised this with our stock control team to inspect samples of these shoes to determine if this is true of the range, or if perhaps yours is an outlier. It would be incredibly helpful if you could attach a photograph of the pair you have received to assist us with this investigation. I have also instructed our returns department to process your return through quality control once received. Please rest assured if we find the pair are defective we will waive our return for refund handling fee, meaning you would be refunded in full for the shoes.
