It's always deeply disappointing for us whenever we see a customer not being 100% happy with their new shirts, and are sorry that was the case here. We offer our shirts in three distinct fits - Extra Slim, Slim and Classic. Being the middle of the three, the Slim Fit is the 'regular' fitting option. It's a good place to start if you are unsure of which to choose, then being able to move up (roomier) or down (slimmer) accordingly. We're certainly sorry to only be learning of your disappointment with the shirts after you have had them altered locally, thus sadly preventing a return. Had we known beforehand - and our Customer Service Team are here, ready to assist, every day through live chat, telephone or email - we would gladly have offered advice on a return/exchange for the Extra Slim, or a refund. The Extra Slim Fit will likely be the best fit for you based on your feedback, and we hope you'll consider trying that fit on a future order.
