Communication poor, boarding cards not sent immediately by email till the next day

Regarding boarding cards, I would like to inform you that you can get your boarding pass while doing online check on the website of airlines. Crystal Travel is unable to get boarding passes as it contains bar-code and because you have to update advance passenger information (API) on the website to get boarding pass. API is mandatory as per airline because you are travelling via US. We deeply value your relationship with Crystal Travel and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best.
