It seems there may be historical issues here as this is the first time Crunchy Critters have requested your feedback. On this basis we think it's a little unfair to be on the receiving end of your frustrations. We routinely ask our customers for feedback as it helps us improve our products, service, customer experience and enables potential shoppers make an informed purchase decision. There is an option whereby you can opt out of receiving feedback requests but it seems this has not been selected. Rest assured no other feedback communications will be sent should you have a change of heart and decide to start shopping with us again.

Twelves emails? To our knowledge only two (not one as earlier thought) would have been generated on our behalf by Feefo. Within each email there is a link to review the products you purchased from Crunchy Critters. On a side note we're also a little confused as to why we're bearing the brunt of your exasperation when you yourself utilise Google customer feedback to promote your own business?

I received the Feefo review requests from various shops, not just yourself. and yes, i use google reviews for people who would like to leave us a review. But we don't ask for them or spam our customers for them. Reviews should be offered and not asked for.

Thank you for your comments. However, we pride ourselves on being a proactive organisation - and certainly DO NOT 'spam' customers for feedback. Automatically generated feedback requests are, in our experience, appreciated by the vast majority of our customers. We are aware that a small minority view them as an irritation - hence the provision of an opt out facility. It seems use of the facility provided may have been a more appropriate course of action on this occasion.

Hi, thanks for your feedback and in response to your comments we used to sell dried tarantulas but being too brittle they invariably broke up in the post - not good as customers want to receive their tarantulas whole. As for storage you could place in a Kilner Clip Top Jar containing brine or vodka. Thanks.
