Crunchy Critters rigorously follows Public Health England's food safety guidelines meaning that what's considered acceptable in Zambia is certainly not acceptable here in the UK. As such we instructed our supplier to adopt an enhanced manufacturing process (when compared to traditional methods) in order to attain satisfactory pathogen levels - we're sorry that this does not meet with your approval.
Not too sure how importing raw mopane would work but that's certainly an avenue that we will not be exploring.
Finally, as for the price we can confirm that carriage and import duties are greater than the cost of the goods themselves hence you considering them '...over priced'.

Not too sure why we have been marked down for slow delivery when we confirmed and shipped order within 12 hours of receipt. We suspect blame for slow delivery should be directed towards the postal services.
