Poor service

Calibration cert was not signed. Had to call numerous times to sort it out and even then all they were apparently unable to send a new one by post as they all work from home!

Dear Henri, Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies that your calibration certificate was not signed and we where not able to send you a copy in the post. Going forward, if required, we will be able to post copies of certificates and will be sending electronic copies of calibration certificates by email once the analyser’s service is completed alongside a paper copy sent with analyser.
