The product was great, however no customer service to phone. Tried emailing but customer service was sketchy never solved my ordering question. Hopefully that changes.

NINETEEN pockets?!!!
Items arrived fairly quickly, considering they came to the US from the UK. The vest is slightly insulated and has an ABUNDANCE of pockets! The jacket is well-made and too warm to wear just yet.
