How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Hi Lyn, we give lots of freebies away, email promotions, freebie vault promotions, games promotions we are a craft download site and not all the files we give away can be printed. For example digital cutting files cannot be printed and some files will not open without specific software. Service is simple and easy, very convenient as it goes straight to my laptop. Only complaint is the freebie vault is a total waste of effort. The choice is terrible and obviously things no one buys!

The items that go into the vault have lots of sales against them so have been purchased many times in the past. A good idea would be to keep checking the vault and when it has some designs in that you like place your order.
