Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Apologies for your negative review with CP. We had not received any feedback from the Client in question so we apologise on their behalf and have actually stopped working with them now. We cannot work with Clients who do not give us feedback when we invest a huge amount of time, as do our candidates, in the job process.
