Hello Joseph Looks like we have a mix up here. Sorry for any confusion. Ron in Technical Support has been working with your wife on this request. He sent out a couple of emails and had a few follow phone calls with her to help out. Please note whilst we make the products, CoverTec doesn’t actually do any installation. However, I believe Ron was able to find a local contractor for you. If you need any more information, please get back in touch and we will try and help out as much as we can.

What a professional company. Not only did they contact me immediately BUT got me connected with a firm to help do the product. I tested the product on a spare piece of tile and boy, does it look good. Cant wait to get the floor done. Thanks covertec!
