Hi there, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that you're unhappy. We do not sell policies on your behalf, and they can only be purchased online by customers themselves. Any information provided to us is put onto the documents, we would not amend your cover or details to show incorrect. If the name came through incorrect, we would be able to amend this to then show correctly. We cannot change the policy holder mid-term, if anyone else needs to be covered they would need to purchase their own policy with their own details. Kind regards, Charli.
