We are sorry for the concerns you have brought to our attention regarding your delivery. Our standard delivery service is a call from the delivery crew on the morning of delivery allocating you a 2 hour time slot. Upon arrival we deliver to room of choice and in the cases of dining, upholstery and beds, we will also assemble and take away the packaging to be recycled. We have investigated your delivery and we are disappointed that your concerns were not brought to our attention sooner, as i can assure you that these would have been followed up directly with you at that time.
