Emily was extremely helpful and communication was great. If I had a question she was quick to respond, although the process did take longer than expected Emily moved things along as quick as possible.

It was a frustrating experience as I was never updated on what was happening. Instead, I had to chase. I didn’t find it a particularly friendly service. Did I feel like a valued customer? - no!
