Response on behalf of the Owner; Many thanks for your review of Raphael’s Cottage. It is always good to hear that our guests will return to our property. We did note your comments about the Wi-Fi and the double beds and would like to reply. I can confirm that the beds in question are full sized double beds with no previous comments on this. The website does state that we have Wi-Fi in the property and there are instructions on how to use this in the guest book. I am very sorry that this was not seen. We do appreciate all feedback and will make the internet signs more clear for future guests and hope that we can welcome you to Raphael’s again soon.

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for choosing Spring Well Cottage to stay in. I note your comments. The location of the cottage is accurately described in the brochure. This is usually very attractive to guests wishing to unwind in a peaceful non-urban setting. There is no intention to deceive in relation to the pictures of the cottage which clearly indicate its unique stunning location and nowhere is there any suggestion that the sea is accessible from the cottage. There is however a picnic area a mile or two from the house which gives coastal access. There is shore angling (from the rocks) from a point accessible near the house via a stile, but this is entirely at the customers own risk. The cottage has been upgraded over the years; both bathrooms and kitchen, together with satellite TV, and more recently (free) Wi Fi access from a fixed dish (not guaranteed but reliable to date). New curtains have been fitted this year. I agree the house gable by the drive will benefit from a makeover and design input. The price band for the property is set by the company to reflect the overall package and this reflects the house as it is currently, there is no intention to deceive. The grading is done independently following company inspection. I will draw the other matters to the caretakers’ attention. Once again thank you for your comments.
