We are equally sorry to read about the inconsistencies with your hotel experiences, particularly the room allocations, the issues with air conditioning, the service you received from some hotel staff, and the difficulties encountered at the Milan hotel. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience delays on arrival and to be allocated multiple occupied or unsuitable rooms before finally being settled. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will ensure it is shared with our Operations, Product and Hotel Contracting teams as we continue to review and improve our tour experiences.
