This is not something that happens often from us and we inspect items before leaving our facility and would never want to send a customer out anything that is not in pristine condition when they receive it. We sincerely apologize that you recieved your items in a different conditions. As much as we inspect everything before it leaves, there can always be an issue in shipping when the package is handed over to a carrier. We would be happy to connect with you and have you send us over images of the damaged prodcut so we can take a look at it and get to a resolution because this is not how we want any customer to recieve our products.
