Dear customer, First, we would like to say that we're so sorry the item did not make to you in it's required time period. The item did leave our facility on December 27, the same day as ordered and was shipped out Next Morning with UPS. Due to the significant amount of packages circulating through the UPS network both before and after the holiday, UPS could not guarantee delivery of it's packages at it's required time. UPS made a statement saying that Next Morning Deliveries could be delayed along with any other items using their express services. I understand that package was needed for the AM delivery and we apologize that it did not make it there until the afternoon on the intended day. We know that we cannot fix the issue of the delayed package, but we would like to give you a refund on this package. We will be contacting you privately to work out the refund. Dear Ms. Lisa Mazzola, We're so sorry to hear that the Slim Line binder was not to your liking. The binder is smaller and more compact for those looking for a less bulky item to store their belongings. We do offer 16 different kits and have our 1 1/4 binder available if you are unhappy with the size of the smaller binder. All of our kits will come with the slipcase except the Slim Line and the EZ Snap kits. We hope that one of these binders will better suit your needs.
