Dear Maritza, We're so sorry to hear about the difficulty receiving your package. The item was ordered on August 10th after our cutoff time and shipped out on August 11th. It left our facility shipping USPS and it seems from tracking the package, that is where the difficulty occurred. The postal service tried multiple times to deliver the package as the tracking states. First, the package was attempted for delivery on August 13th and it stated there was no access to the delivery location. After that delivery was attempted a few more times, finally being delivered on August 17th. Unfortunately, once an item leaves our facility it then is in the hands of the postal service. We can only do our best to track the product, but the postal service can only give us so much information on the location of the package. The only time we can access the package is if the package is returned to us since the USPS cannot deliver it. Then we can do our best to get it to you when it arrives back at our facility, but we did not get any indication from the tracking that it was going to be returned as they were still attempting delivery. We apologize sincerely that no one was able to give you an answer on the whereabouts of the package. In this case, we would always recommend the customer to call their local post office to track down the package since they would have more information. Again, we apologize that there was an issue getting the package to the final destination, but please know we always try our best to get the products out the door the fastest and use the fastest shipping method to get it to you.
