Dear Philip, Thank you for taking the time out to share your review and express issues with your product. We're so sorry that you're unhappy with the EZ Snap kit that was purchased. The EZ Snap is the first in a line of many different kits. It is heavy duty cover set with snap-lock spine that is mainly used for someone looking for a very small and compact option to a corporate kit. Although it is great for some, the option may not be sufficient for everyone as it works with a spine that snaps all the materials to the cover set. I can tell you that the snapping mechanisms are very heavy duty and will last over time, but each person has their own style of kit they prefer. I would be more than happy to upgrade you to our Slimline binder instead of the EZ Snap. Our Slimline binders come with everything you received with your EZ Snap, but instead a smaller 1" binder with a fold over portfolio to place all the documents and certificates in. This would then have the Company name printed on a gold label inserted into the spine.
