Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. We're so sorry to hear that the additional fee for priority mail negatively impacted your experience. We ship each product out by quickest, but also the option that is less costly. For instance, we have switched many of our packages over to UPS as we find their rates to be a lot less than USPS. In regards to your order of certificates, If you had picked our normal ground option shipping to a PO Box, it would have still gone mail. However, this order would have gone first class mail instead of Priority, which would take a couple of extra days instead of their normal (when business is running normal for them) 2-3 day delivery with Priority Mail. For certificates this works out because you will get a faster shipping option instead of a slower first class option for that additional fee. Also, we leave the Priority mail option for kits and other items as it's a way for customers to get 2-3 day service without having to pay for a UPS 2- Day or 3- Day option, which can be a lot more money for them. However, USPS is not a guaranteed delivery unlike UPS, but it works out for a lot of customers. We leave the 2-3 Priority option so they can get a faster delivery because most packages now will be shipped UPS going to a business. We apologize for any negative impact it had, but we want to give our customers as many options as we can in regards to shipping. You can always choose our normal ground service to not receive the additional fees and we will shipping accordingly and save you the money.
