Dear Mike Aldridge, Thank you for taking the time out to share your experience. I have taken the time to look into your order and figure out what was going on with it. We apologize for any issues with the order and how it was handled. I see that a newer customer service representative took the order and put it through on our website for you. Also, I can see that it was custom estate planning binders with a custom logo printed on them. In this case, our custom products with a logo take a longer period of time to be created and shipped. We apologize that this information was not passed on to you, as it would not go out in the normal time period. Our graphics department has to adjust the logo for printing. We received the order on May 17th and the logo later on May 18th. The logo had some issues with fuzziness so our graphics department needed a longer period of time to prepare the logo for stamping. This is why your order had not shipped yet, but shipped out on Monday, May 24th once the logo was fixed. This is completely our fault as this should have been communicated with you both during the ordering process and while the order was being prepared. As I mentioned the logo was prepared and the binders went out this Monday. We did expedite the shipping on this item because of both our mistakes communicating about this order and the delay with the logo being fuzzy. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the customer service you received on this item. We will in the future advise our training customer service representatives on our shipping speeds on customized items as they often take 2-3 extra days on top of our normal handling time to process the order. In regards to the address, we have confirmed it was indeed shipped to the SOUTH street as asked. The label was prepared for the accurate address. Our customer service manager called you on this issue and also left a message with the tracking information. We also sent the tracking information via email to the email on the order. We apologize for the issue with the order, but hope that the binders are received as expected. Please reach out and let us know if you need anything else regarding this order.
