Due to tarrifs and increase in shipping costs exponentially over the last few years, we have had to raise prices to cover the increases we have been hit with. We hate to do so, but just like all the other products in our world, our products and materials have unfortuantely increased as well. We try to do our best with pricing the items as low as we can and providing lower priced options as well to make afforadable options for our customers. Our Slim line kit is just one example along with our Junior Thrift kits and Corpkits, which I can see you have ordered in the past. This is not something that happens often from us and we inspect items before leaving our facility and would never want to send a customer out anything that is not in pristine condition when they receive it. We sincerely apologize that you recieved your items in a different conditions. As much as we inspect everything before it leaves, there can always be an issue in shipping when the package is handed over to a carrier.
