We understand that this kit was not as you expected, but we would be happy to help you find a kit that would meet your expectations. We are unfortunately facing a paper shortage and our supplier as well as other suppliers across the nation are having issues with on time paper delivery. We have had to slightly change our paper in order to give our customers everything they need with their kits without having to sacrifice the items they normally receive. We sincerely hate to raise prices, but in the last year we have experienced shipping increases, tariff increases and supply increases. Those increases unfortunately have forced us to raise prices, but rest assured, we make sure that our increases still allow our kits to be affordable. We also offer different choices in kit styles for those looking for different price options. In regards to the name missing on the binder, we do apologize. I see that you ordered a Thriftkit. We put the gold label in the spine before packaging and tape around the box so the gold label stays in the package, however, instances do occur where the label does leave the package and the spine of the binder. We apologize that this happened while shipping your latest kit, but are happy we were able to provide you with a new gold label for the spine.
