Dear Frescia Ramos Bellido, We are so sincerely sorry to hear about damage or issues with the binder. We inspect all of our kits before shipping them out for both quality and accuracy, but items can get damaged in shipping. We see that binders can be hit from the side in shipping, which causes the binder rings to be damaged. We would love to make this right for you and get to the bottom of this issue. We would just need you to provide an image of the box the item came in ( to show any damage to the box) and the image of the damage to the binder. In this case it would be a photo of the issues with the rings. Please email those images to response@corpkit.com and we will get this taken care of for you right away.
