online service was brilliant. easy to use. However the delivery was not next day as van had broken down. this was not communicated to us and was informed when the fridge turned up the day after.

Hi Mahpara, apologies to hear that youwere unsatisfied with your delivery. The order was placed after 12noon so the unit gets despatched the following day and the additional day was due to Covid outbreak in your local depot. Usually APC are extremely reliable with there next day service. We pride ourselves in offering high customer service which is why voicemails and emails were sent daily to keep you updated. We really appreciate your feedback and value you as a customer, we hope this does no deter you from ordering from Coolmed again. Thanks Matt
