I do not find their website easy to deal with on an iPad. I also had an issue with an order that I paid next working day delivery for and their customer service department totally ignored my point...

Other companies have more stock and post same day even when ordered up to 4:30. Cookson charge extra for this service

Standard orders placed before 5 pm will be shipped same day (as yours was).
There is no extra charge for ordering up to 5 pm.
We currently stock over 1700 lines from bullion to tools to beads.
