We offer free-time add-ons on each itinerary to give our guests a deeper understanding of the culture and character of the areas we visit. These add-ons are optional, can be booked at our traveller’s discretion, and are not mandatory. We apologise if the Trip Manager made you uncomfortable about not participating. Your feedback has been shared with the Operations Manager. Furthermore, the free time add-ons are outlined on our website with their respective prices to prepare our travellers well ahead of their trip.
