Thanks so much for taking the time and providing us with your feedback, and we are really sorry to hear that the trip might not to have worked out the best way possible for you. You are absolutely right when you quote other couples who did a Contiki and shared a quad room with another couple. Wherever possible we would do this on every trip but it depends if there are enough other couples on the trip to make this work. It seems this wasn’t the case on your trip, which is really unfortunate.
For the trip you were looking for, your Travel Agent could have probably advised you better on booking one of our Discovery tours rather than a High Energy one, because they have a higher standard of accommodation and optional twin share, but I am sure you would understand that this would come at a slightly higher price point. We still hope that you enjoyed the many places you visited, the people you met and the natures of wonders you witnessed on the trip
