Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Avoid, get elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible, item marked as delivered, despite noone being at the address. Signed for by someone we do not know - the image is the item delivered outside (so could be anywhere)... Passed...

Disappointing for what seems to be a sizeable company ..

Seems the order placed for a lintel didn't get dealt with and was only confirmed to supplier after having to chase 5 days later . Then it didn't arrive on the scheduled date 3 days later and again...
