How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I will also like to point out that I am still awaiting a refund on the order 3 weeks after I was informed by your incredibly rude sales man Bill Ware, that the refund had been processed.
