Hi, thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear you have had a negative experience with this product, the balustrades come direct from our manufacturers. Unfortunately, there is a longer lead time than we expected on this item, when advised by our manufacturer’s we tried to keep you as updated as possible, however I can see that the date was pushed back multiple times so for this I apologise. We will take your feedback on board and raise to our manufacturers about checking each delivery before dispatching & always keeping us updated on any delays.

Hi, thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear you have had a negative experience with your order. Looking into your order, I can see you contacted us on the 06/06/2024 to chase your order as we had advised you that it would be delivered to you on the 05/05/2024. The product ordered comes direct from our manufacturers, so we chased them for an update on this, only to be made aware that it had been delayed and was due for delivery on the 11/06/2024, this has been raised to our suppliers that we were not kept up to date with delays which caused frustration to yourself and for this we apologise. I will arrange for our customer service team to get in contact with you in regards to this.
