I thought the postage charges were quite high for such a light item to send. Also, the delivery was a little slow too.

Thank you for your review. Yours was an item we had to have transferred from another location so it took a little longer, but delivery was still within our maximum 3-5 working days promise. Unfortunately, delivery charges do not vary even for smaller items and are heavily subsidised by us for the customer. Of course, if your oder is over £50 then delivery is free!! Hi, thank you for your review. We apreciate your comments. We try and keep our costs to customers down but postage costs are still heavily subsidised by us, and of course if you spend over £50 on an order (apart from heavy items on local delivery) you get it FREE!
