All of the above. The dinner we had at the Lintel in Vancouver, which was an emergency put together, was fabulous. The Banff Springs Hotel is wonderful. Itinerary was very good with lots to see....

A good comprehensive tour of Italy, except for a large amount of fast paced walking. Meals provided were not the best food I ate during the tour.
