Hi Lucille, thanks for taking the time to give your feedback regarding your learning experience with us. Student feedback is always very valuable to us and I want to assure you that your concerns about the learning materials have been heard, and will be passed onto management and the learning & development team. We want to ensure any inconsistencies or errors are reviewed so that we can continually improve our content to suit the changing needs of our students. We generally recommend that individuals looking to undertake a diploma qualification have two or more years of experience in the relevant field, so that they can proceed through the course with a base level of understanding to build from. You are absolutely right in that diplomas are not a course suited for beginners, and our Learning Consultants take the time for each and every person to properly assess whether they will be suited to complete the diploma based on their level of experience. We don't ever want our students to feel unable to attempt their learning, and we offer multiple avenues for support, including deferrals and extensions where needed, to ensure each student is receiving what they need to achieve their study goals.
