Poor customer service
Their delivery charges are added after payment. I also paid in this way for next working day delivery. As I ordered on a Friday this should have been Monday. I then received an email late on Monday...

Good product but delivery issues meant i had to go and pick up the parcel.
Using Royal mail delivery was my reason for not giving 5 stars as they took my parcel back to the sorting office rather than leaving it in a safe place and now i have to drive 20 minutes to get it....
