Why can't they commit to an AM or PM delivery time or say the driver can phone with an hour's notice? "All day" deliveries are unacceptable these days - it's not the 1980s you know!
Our request that coal be left on front lawn if we were not in did not get to driver.
You therefore had to deliver again. No problem from our point of view.
They're brilliant. I ordered 0.3 of a tonne of the wrong coal, but CPL changed it without a word of complaint despite the difficult access and my stuidity.
