Able to order when it suits me not in office hours
Went ot order by telephone and discovered it was much cheaper to order online, which I then did. Initial delivery arranged and driver left the load in the yard so had to re-arrange (no problem)....
For years our coal was delivered by Albert (CPL) who delayed retirement because he didn't want to sit at home...he was always cheerful and grumpy, the latter when he had to remove part of a rose...
