I was out at the time of delivery so pleased they identified and filed my bunker however I had been advised by my partner that some of the product was scattered on the floor

Delivery was good, but it would help if the lorry brought its own pallet truck for orders palleted by the tonne. This time the lorry had a tail lift and I have a pallet truck, but previous orders...
I prefer to have good phone access to my local branch, rather than a central number. And there was a failure to call me the day before delivery. The delivery man was excellent.
