Great service from order to delivery. Recent top up of smokeless fuel - was at work on the day and agreed for delivery to back porch. Driver took up steep garden path right to coal bunker.

depends on your depot,iv used couple times now,let me know whats going on every time,did wot i asked,chaps at raydon depot suffolk brill
delivery lead times are to long (sometimes 7 working days) and unpredictable...making planning when to order difficult
