They have summer prices and then a sale with cheaper prices. Why does the price depend on where you live in the UK. As a monopoly supplier is it not time for more fairness?

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Each of our depots operates individually, and sets it's own prices to allow it to remain competitive in the local area. With a single price we'd be very expensive in some areas, and very cheap in others, which wouldn't be very helpful for us, or for other coal merchants in the area. We hope that makes sense!
