Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As we explained via an email sent to you 30/7/15, any details changed on your account following an order are not then attached to the order, and as a result we attempted to call the number that was on your account when the order was placed. This has now been updated on our system. We saw only one order of firelighters on your account and would like to apologise for them not being delivered. Our delivery drivers will attempt to deliver to the safest and easiest location for customers, but we're sorry that we got it wrong this time. Feel free to leave instructions for your driver in the 'Delivery Information' box at the checkout, just in case you have to pop out when your delivery is due. We've sent you a little gift via email, and hope that you'll choose to give us another chance.
